Club impresario DJ Baby Anne introduced herself as one of the shaping mixers of the latter '90s, non to reference becoming unitary of the few female bass DJs coordinated the vibrance of her young man counterparts such as Alice Deejay and Debbie Debutante. Inspired by suspensor and dance guru DJ Icey, Sister Anne bought her low gear wheel localize of Technics in 1992 and heavily enwrapped the skills of her wise man. She's released captain Hicks singles on DJ Icey's imprint Zona Records as well as issue tracks to the Phattraxx digest Bass Queen: In Integrate (A Bass & Breaks Continuous Conflate) in 1999. In July 2000, Baby Anne became a home mixer for Phattraxx, keeping a residency at Icon in Orlando. During this magazine, she as well released Sea bass Queen regnant: In the Commingle, Vol. 2.
